How the process works

Step 1 : To place your order for a photo conversion first go to the online shop select your type of conversion, and select if you want the complete kit or just the chart and colour key.

Step 2 : Then send your photograph by email or by post it to us along with instructions about the editing and selection. If you are paying by cheque you need to include it in the post. Otherwise you can pay using any major credit card in the online shop using Paypal, a safe and secure way of making payments.

Step 3 : We then send back to you by email versions of your converted photograph so that you see what your finished pattern will look like and you can choose the best one from the selection.

Step 4 : We then send you the full kit or chart and colour key. If you ask for the kit we send you everything you need and unlike some providers we don't just give you a pile of colour threads, we sort them into the right colours and attach them to a colour chart all with the right lengths of each colour.
